Paleo Challenge Benchmark WOD

Part I

You have exactly 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Squat. Hip crease must clearly pass parallel.

Part II
AMRAP
2 Min Wallball, 20@10′, 12@8′
1 Min Rest
2 Min Push Press, 75/55
1 Min Rest
2 Min KB Swing, 1.5/1
1 Min Rest
2 Min Box Jump, 24/20
Movements must be done in this order.

Today was the benchmark WOD for the Paleo Challenge.

Backsquat 1RM was 125.

Metcon was 100 rx’d. While I’m happy I completed everything as prescribed, I am hugely disappointed in my score.  I need to improve in all areas during these next 6 weeks.  Grrrr
