5 Rounds
5 Dead Lifts
12 Push-ups
400m

I really need to work harder on the WODs when running is involved. Today’s time is particularly heinous. I scaled this a little and only ran 4 out of 5 rounds….I just didn’t have the last one in me. And yes, my time still sucks THAT bad. Grrrr

Today is day 16 of the Paleo Challenge and I have absolutely zero energy. Annd, I want a brownie pretty dang bad. I hope this passes soon and my mood evens out….being scary spice is unfun.
