30 Seconds Row (Calories)
60 Seconds Rest
30 Seconds Overhead Squat (135/95)
60 Seconds Rest

Total score is calories plus reps for OHS.

The goal is to produce similar scores for the row (calories) and the OHS. This is a sprint, so the rows should be all out efforts. OHS weight should be challenging, but you should be able to manage the entire 30 seconds without dropping the bar.
