November Ab Challenge

This month I’m going to take on a Sit-Ups Challenge.   (I randomly found this on a CF blog I was reading and it sounded awesome, so why not try it?)

Week 1 = 100 sit ups/day
Week 2 = 200 sit ups/day
Week 3 = 300 sit ups/day
Week 4 = 400 sit ups/day

Note: These can be broken up into 50 sit up increments each day, if necessary.

Challenge: At the end of the month I will try to do 1000 sit ups at once….and hopefully my abs will be noticeably different!
