Complete 5 rounds:
30 Sec Ring Dips
30 Sec Rest
30 Sec HSPU (or negatives or handstand holds if you cannot do HSPU — do not scale to box)
30 Sec Rest
Score is total number of ring dips and HSPU/negatives. Score each 10 seconds of a handstand hold as 1.

Score: 47
Front Squat: 95lbs.
