Shouldn’t have worked out twice today. My body hates me, especially my back. Today was hard!!

Taking a scheduled rest day tomorrow in preparation for the final benchmark WOD for the Paleo Challenge on Saturday. Fingers crossed that I perform better than the initial WOD.
