AMRAP in 12 minutes:

30 Double Unders
20 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1 pood)
10 Ring Dips

Pull-ups: (with blue & red bands) 12-7-5

Metcon:  4 rounds + 46 (30lb KB, red & purple bands for ring dips)
