AMRAP 20 Minutes:

5 Pull ups

10 Push ups

15 Squats
Rounds: 10

Scaled: blue and black band for the first 5 or 6
rounds…then went to blue times 2. I really need to learn to kip.
Did the first round of pushups regular and then went to knees.
Pushups were killer by the end. Pretty sure I could have done
better if I had started with the correct band setup.
