5 Deadlift (275/185)
10 Pushup
30 Double Under

Time: 7:34 w/ 115 lb. DL

My DUs still need lots of work so I scaled to 15 instead and did single/double/single/double…. I did much better on the DUs than I ever have before. A bit more practice and I should be able to start doing them in the WODs.

Pretty sure I went too light on the DLs….
