Fight Gone Bad 6

On September 17th, thousands of CrossFitters across the nation will endure 17 minutes of pure grit to honor those who have given their lives in service to our nation.  This will be my first year representing Potomac CrossFit in the annual event and I need your support.

Fight Gone Bad is a gut wrenching interval-sprint workout; it’s a small price to pay to help the members of the Special Operations community who have given so much to the fight against terrorism.  This is a great opportunity to give back to the men and women who have sacrificed all as we approach the 10-year anniversary of the September 11th attacks.


• Special Operations Warrior Foundation: Provides full scholarship grants and education/family counseling to the surviving children of special operations personnel killed during operational or training missions.  They also provide immediate financial assistance to severely wounded personnel and their families.

• The CrossFit Foundation’s  philanthropic activities: Infant Swimming Resource Program, CrossFit Kids, and Camp Patriot – a facility dedicated to providing disabled veterans with outdoor adventures.

In 2010, CrossFitters raised over $1.5 million for these great causes, proving again what a small community of committed individuals can accomplish.  Any support you can provide is greatly appreciated.
