30 Push-ups
50 Double Unders
20 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/25 plate)
20 Jump Squats (45/25 plate)

For the ground to overhead, take a 45 or 25lb plate from flat on the ground to over your head with arms extended. Each rep the plate must lay flat and you must take your hands off it before picking it back up.

Dips
W/yellow band

Metcon:

W/knee pushups after first 20. All else as rxd.
