5 Handstand Push-ups

195# DLs
Muscle Up Transitions (green band)
25# DB Thrusters
24 + 35lb plate
HSPU 1st two rounds and 2 of 3rd round… Then failed and went to seated DB press

15:48 (ish)
Pretty happy with this since it’s the first time I did transitions and HSPUs in a wod.
