7 Ring Dips

Subbed double situps for dips.

Score: 3 Rounds (ish)…back squats got HEAVY FAST!!!!  I need to get my PR up wayyyy higher than it is.

 

WOD 2:

21-15-9

KB Swings (70/53)

Burpees

Time: 5:24RX

First time using 53# in a regular KB swing wod and it wasn’t as awful as I thought it would be….
