This sucked. I have GOT to learn how to do muscle ups.

First scaled to MU transitions, but took too long getting in and out of the band and lost 4 minutes on the first round…so scaled to pullups and dips after that, then hands died from yesterdays pullups so I scaled again to do only dips…just did tripe dips each round. Total botch.

Unsure of time…somewhere around 14:58 or something.
