100ft Farmers Carry (plate plus DB or KB (50/35)
10 Over the Box Jumps (24/20)

Plates must start flat with hands off every rep. Farmers carry with a pinch grip on the plate. If pinch grip fails, don’t go down in weight, just change grip. Over the box jumps are exactly as they sound. Jump over the box without landing on top. Turn around and jump back. Each jump is 1 rep.
