Ring Dip/Push-up
Box Jump (24+2 Plates/24)
Lunge (45/25)
Use a plate for the lunge and carry however you like.

Jerk 135(PR!) almost got 140 but syc’d myself out. Grr

Metcon: 8:03RX
First RX metcon with ring dips. Woot woot. I still say ring dips can suck a fatty though!

My girlfriend, Marah, sent this to me a while back and it cracks me up every time I look at it.  My main question here is how did this kids parents let him become the little beef cake that he is?  I mean, he’s super cute and it’s also super cute that wants to eat that plastic telephone…but perhaps cutting him off from the cheesy cakes would be a good idea-r. Just sayin….
